Enthusiasm:is strong excitement about something : a strong feeling of active interest in something that you like or enjoy.
I agree with Dr. Norman because if you do the things with enthusiasm you do it better. An example is like when you are working and if you don't like what you are doing you don't do it well but if you do it with enthusiasm you do a very good job. Don't worry about what can go wrong, and be enthusiastic about what can go right!!!!!!
